LLeMental is a platform that enables you to create professional presentations and documents using AI-powered automation with your existing documents. Our service processes your uploaded documents through third-party Large Language Models (the "LLMs") to generate customized content while preserving your template formatting and branding. Our Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and LLEMENTAL SYSTEMS LLC ("we", "us", or "Company"). Our Terms govern your access to and use of our websites (llemental.com and platform.llemental.com), software, tools, data, documentation, and other content that we may make available to you (collectively, our "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Services. To register an account on our platform (platform.llemental.com), you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You shall not: (a) Register on behalf of others without obtaining prior permission; (b) Register in any means that could mislead others or infringe rights of others; (c) Maliciously register accounts in any means (including but not limited to registration by using robots and automated registration in bulk); (d) Transfer, resell, or make access credentials or account available to others outside your organization in any means. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse registration, freeze or terminate your account once we identify any of the above-mentioned abnormal activities and you should bear any losses incurred. You may write an email to support@llemental.com to appeal against our termination or suspension of your account.
Ownership of our Services. Our Services are owned and operated by us and our service providers. We and our providers retain all our respective rights, titles, and interests, including intellectual property rights, in and to our Services. Other than the rights of access and use expressly granted to you in the Terms, we do not grant you any right, title, or interest, in or to our Services. Use of Services. You may access, and we grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use our Services in compliance with our Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Restriction on Usage. You may not access or use our Services in the following ways: • In any manner that violates any applicable law, rules, and regulations; • In any manner that violates any of our Terms or policies; • In any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any person's rights; • In any manner that restricts or inhibits any person from accessing or using our Services; • Reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems in our Services; • Use the output from our Services to develop products, applications, services, foundation models or other models that compete with our Services; • Extract data or output from our Services, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction methods, except as permitted by our Terms; • In any manner that interferes with or disrupts our Services, including circumvent any restrictions or bypass any protective measures or safety mitigations we put on our Services; • Upload templates that infringe third-party intellectual property rights; • Use our service to process documents containing malware or harmful code; • Attempt to reverse engineer our template processing algorithms; • Use our service to generate documents for illegal purposes or activities prohibited under Section 3.
Our Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence platforms and large language models ("Third-Party AI Services") including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic to analyze your supporting documents and generate content for your templates. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content is intended to assist in creating initial drafts and is not final or definitive; (b) Results are based on your inputs and Third-Party AI Services over which LLeMental has no control; (c) All AI-generated content is provided "as is" with no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or suitability; (d) LLeMental has no liability for unavailability of Third-Party AI Services or third-party decisions to discontinue such services; (e) Supporting documents uploaded for generation are transmitted to Third-Party AI Services for processing but are not stored by us after processing completion.
We do not allow our Services to be used to generate any of the following: • Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content that exploits or harms children; • Hateful, harassing, or violent content; • Malware or malicious code; • Content that promotes acts of self-harm; • Fraudulent or deceptive activity, including scams, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or disinformation; • Content that violates people's privacy; • Unauthorized practice of law or offering tailored legal advice without qualified review; • Offering tailored financial advice without qualified review; • Diagnosing or offering health instructions and treatment.
Your Content. You may upload PowerPoint and Word templates, configure dynamic content areas, and provide supporting documents for content generation ("Your Content"). You retain full ownership of your uploaded templates and any documents generated using our service. You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not violate applicable laws or these Terms. Template Storage. Your uploaded PowerPoint and Word templates and configuration settings are stored securely in our database. We retain your template configurations and user profile data as necessary to provide Services. Supporting Document Processing. Documents uploaded for content generation are processed in real-time by Third-Party AI Services and are not stored in our systems after processing completion. Our Use of Your Content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to: • Process your templates to identify dynamic content areas you configure; • Send your templates and supporting documents to third-party LLMs for analysis and content generation; • Store your configured templates securely using third-party cloud infrastructure; • Generate presentations and other document formats using your templates and supporting data; • Comply with applicable laws, enforce these Terms, and detect fraud or security issues. No Pre-Screening Obligation. We have no obligation to pre-screen your uploaded content, though we reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove any content that violates these Terms. Intellectual Property Rights. You retain full ownership of uploaded templates and any documents generated using our Service. We claim no rights to your templates or generated documents.
Third-Party Payment Processor. We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. By making payments, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/ssa) and Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/us/privacy). Subscription Billing. Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as specified below or as required by law. Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends through your account settings on platform.llemental.com or by contacting support@llemental.com. Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing. Payment Information. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Your failure to provide accurate payment information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
We may offer free trials or promotional access to our Services. Unless otherwise specified: • Free trials expire at the end of the trial period • Automatic conversion to paid subscriptions will be clearly disclosed • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges • Free trial access must be used within the specified time period
Refund Policy. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase. All other users may request refunds within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@llemental.com. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
Confidential Information. Confidential Information means nonpublic information that we designate as confidential or should reasonably be considered confidential under the circumstances. You may only use our Confidential Information within the permitted scope as set forth in these Terms.
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, PRIVACY, COMPATIBILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING YOUR CONTENT, YOUR BREACH OF THE TERMS OR VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW, AND YOUR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF COPYRIGHTED OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIALS.
These Terms take effect when you first access or use our Services, and remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of our Services and cancelling your account. We may terminate these Terms immediately if you materially breach these Terms. You may appeal termination by emailing support@llemental.com. Upon termination, you will stop using our Services and promptly return or destroy any Confidential Information. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Seattle, Washington.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that term will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and will not affect the enforceability of other terms. Amendments. We may revise these Terms by posting the revised version on our website or providing notice through our Services. Your continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
